Is it really free for promoters?
Yes. You never pay BOKST anything. The 9.5% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the spectator. You keep 100% of face value.
Do I need card readers or hardware?
No. Any supported iPhone or Android becomes a scanner in the BOKST app. Your team uses their own phones.
When do I get paid?
Automatically: net revenue from 100% of sales to date 7 days before your event, landing in 1 working day, and the rest the next working day after the event. You can also request payouts up to 21 days out.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes with the sign-up wizard. If you want a hand, our team will jump on a call and walk through it with you.
